The web for me is a hobby where standards and best practices are daily bread. Security is a concern that everybody must be aware of its details for IT in general, and the web in particular, to be a safer place. My life, on the other hand, is that of a regular Lebanese citizen where politics and social issues are discussed on a daily basis. Today, Said El-Khoury, a dear friend and relative died from Cancer. Said was well-known for his optimism and ongoing struggle for a better life. I dedicate this small space on the web to Said and I pray that his soul rests in peace.I learned from Said that problems in life, no matter how hard they are, can only be defeated by a simple smile on our face. Said faced all sorts of problems during his life at an early age and faced them with courage, modesty, self-dependency and planning. I won't forget your simle, my friend, and I won't forget your positive attitude, your strong personality, and your help in everything you offered and did. I pray for you, my family prays for you and my company prays for you.

May your soul rest in peace.
