Victor's Blog about the Web, Security and Life

The web for me is a hobby where standards and best practices are daily bread. Security is a concern that everybody must be aware of its details for IT in general, and the web in particular, to be a safer place. My life, on the other hand, is that of a regular Lebanese citizen where politics and social issues are discussed on a daily basis. I hope you enjoy reading my blog and make sure to drop me a comment about any topic you find interesting.

Many emails are sent daily claiming that a certain website is another website. This usually occurs the most with Paypal.com (a website that I sometimes use to accept payments). Iran: The Upcoming Invasion?

Printable Version

victor | 03 October, 2005 06:19

For the past months, Iran has been facing many problems with the International Nuclear Organization regarding its nuclear activity. Last week, Iran was threatened by the fact that its Nuclear activity file will be submitted to the UN Security Council. Yesterday, Iran threatens to withhold oil sales if it is referred to the UN Security Council over its nuclear activities.

This scenario is "deja vu" especially with the part related to threatens to withhold oil sales that are directly followed by a war. Is Iran going to be the upcoming target for invasion? Nothing more to say but wait and see.
